Being ignored

Ive been trying to return my order as the quality isnt great, and overall im not happy with it.
3 emails send to support.....n9 answer! Numerous messages via Facebook.... nothings happening.
Also....ive received a tax invoice from Fedex!
There's just no response from this Company. Time to report them to my bank!

Love the rugs, hate the service!

I love the rugs (I have them in 3 different rooms) but customer service leaves lots to be desired. As others said that you can't call to speak with anyone.
The last rug I purchased, I exchanged 2ce. I just didn't like the look. When I wanted to exchange the second time, I was told that I will get a refund for one of them and there will be a charge for the other. On 4/1/2021, I was told they received the rug and it was being inspected, considering I put it down and didn't like it and shipped it right back, no big deal and I totally understand. However, now I have 2 charges for 1 rug that I have and 13 days since I was supposed to get a refund and of coarse customer service is not getting back to me.
side note: The pad is supposed to be a little smaller then the rug, that's how it's held down and it does hold down well. We have washed them and ours have not had any problems with the corners.

Rug Pad Too Small for Rug

I received my rug and the rug pad was far too small for the rug. I reached out to customer service to return saying I wanted a full refund because of this. They replied I wasn’t getting a full refund because I returned the rug damaged. What?? I hadn’t even returned the rug yet. I kept going back and forth with customer service and they never resolved my issue. Terrible. Charged me $60 to ship it back plus a $25 restock fee when they sent a bad product. Very poor customer service. Their website only has 4 and 5 star reviews....very suspicious!

5 star ratings have to be paid advertisements

I purchased a ruggable recently. The edges were damaged upon arrival and it did not come clean as advertised. I have no pets. I washed due to normal foot traffic, nothing crazy. I washed the rug and it came out looking worse than before I had washed it. I have a brand new Whirlpool washer and dryer set so I know they work well. I washed according to their own instructions. When I asked for a refund they said I'd have to pay for return shipping. That wasn't good enough for me because it was an 8×10 rug, it would have been expensive. Then they afford me a replacement rug. Why would I want another rug that wasn't as desired? I declined that option. Then they offered me 50% refund. Again I declined and asked to speak with someone above their manager. At that point they offered me a full refund. It was such a pain. And don't get me started on how difficult it was to lay the dang rug. There is no way those 5 star ratings are accurate. YouTube it. There are plenty of complaints. They just try and make people happy with rug replacements and pay people to give good reviews.

I would highly suggest NOT buying…

I would highly suggest NOT buying anything from this company. I cannot get a response from them concerning my return. Their return policy is horrible and their customer service is the worst!

Ordered a $50 gift card and was never…

Ordered a $50 gift card and was never sent the code. When you click on the link to your gift card, it takes you to their website where you can purchase a gift card. I've sent multiple emails and their response is to tell me how to purchase a gift card. I ALREADY DID!!! As others have mentioned, there is no option to speak with anyone so you're stuck trying to get what you want via email. I've even tried FB Messenger. Never again.

I will never buy from them again.

I have to say that the rug look nice the part I don’t like is that is not until you get your rug that you’ll realize that the pad is 3 to 4 inches smaller than the rug making the edges very slippery over tile. If you have a roomba vacuum it will probably get stuck with the rug edges and the costumer service is pretty not helpful at all. Don’t even think about returning the rug because they charge a restocking fee and they will keep more money if they think the rug is not up to their standards. So be really careful.

Terrible customer service...ordered two…

Terrible customer service...ordered two rugs and one was shipped immediately. The second rug has not arrived and looks like it was not shipped. Have sent multiple emails and have not had a response. This has been going on for a few weeks.
Update: After a few more weeks, I was contacted by Ruggable. They said my email was found in their spam folder. I was given a choice for a refund on the rug I was waiting for or they would send it to me. I took the refund and it went through right away.

Nice rug... Bad customer service

Nice rug, horrible customer service. I tried to reach someone multiple times with no ability to call and actually talk to a representative. Email is the only way to communicate with them and going back and forth was definitely no way to handle my concern.

DISGUSTED AT CUSTOMER SERVICE

To the other review that UPDATED the customer service... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know how you got someone to respond, I have sent THREE emails out 1st to just originally exchange because I do love the concept of the product, the color just didn’t fit my decor, but now so disgusted with lack of response from company and I cannot find a number to contact, DISGUSTED. Especially since I dropped $800 right off the bat with them!!!

Great idea, ok rug

Pretty rug, easy to wash. A little thin, I noticed now they have a thicker pad option. It does curl at the corners some but so do lots of regular rugs.

Love the product and the idea behind…

Love the product and the idea behind it. Very easy to wash and light weight. My only negative comment is that the ends tend to curl up A bit and it’s easy to trip on them and some of the binding gets a little frayed. However we love our Ruggables; the look and ease of care.
